Effective September 2026. This policy explains what information this website collects and what happens to it.

Who we are

This website is operated by Advanced Receivables, LLC, a commercial debt collection agency based in Connecticut.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to send us through the forms on this site:

  • Submit an Account: your company name, contact name, email and phone number; the debtor company’s name and location, the amount owed, the type and age of the debt, any notes you add and any documents you upload; your confirmation that the information is accurate; and whether you agreed to be called or texted.
  • Contact form: your name, email address, subject and message.

Each submission also records the date and time and the page it was sent from.

How it is used

We use what you send to review the account or answer your question and to follow up with you. We do not sell it, rent it or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) relays form submissions to our email inbox.
  • Our application host and database provider store form submissions and any documents you upload so our team can review them.
  • Our hosting provider serves the website and, like any web server, keeps standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability.
  • Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this site, which means your browser requests them from Google’s servers.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The site opens in night mode; if you switch to light mode, that preference is saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device. It is not sent to us.

Calls and texts

We will only call or text the number you give us if you tick the optional consent box on the Submit an Account form. Consent is not required to submit, and you can withdraw it at any time by telling us.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please don’t include bank account numbers or other highly sensitive data in a form.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through our contact form.

Changes

If the way this site handles information changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
